CLEANING  OF EMPTY HOUSES, TOWNHOUSES, CONDOS AND APARTMENTS

CLEANING  WILL INCLUDE MY CLEANING SUPPLIES AND VACUUM

• Remove any debris to your dumpster (within reason)
• Vacuuming of carpets and floors throughout
• Remove fingerprints
• Wiping down doorways, window sills and doors
• Dusting of cobwebs
• Wiping of switch plates
• Bathroom Cleaning:
• Mirrors
• Sinks
• Disinfecting toilets, tubs, showers, shower walls
• Scrubbing of floors
• Kitchen  Cleaning:
• Cupboards: vacuum out and wipe
• Refrigerator, stove and microwave (where applicable): clean inside and out
• Wipe down counter tops and any sills
• Sinks: clean or scrub, as needed
• Washing or scrubbing of floors

Price is based upon number of bedrooms -- $75.00 per bedroom for apartments,  townhouses and condos and $100.00 per bedroom for houses.
