SERVICES FOR REALTORS
CLEANING OF EMPTY HOUSES, TOWNHOUSES, CONDOS AND APARTMENTS
CLEANING WILL INCLUDE MY CLEANING SUPPLIES AND VACUUM
- Remove any debris to your dumpster (within reason)
- Vacuuming of carpets and floors throughout
- Remove fingerprints
- Wiping down doorways, window sills and doors
- Dusting of cobwebs
- Wiping of switch plates
- Bathroom Cleaning:
- Mirrors
- Sinks
- Disinfecting toilets, tubs, showers, shower walls
- Scrubbing of floors
- Kitchen Cleaning:
- Cupboards: vacuum out and wipe
- Refrigerator, stove and microwave (where applicable): clean inside and out
- Wipe down counter tops and any sills
- Sinks: clean or scrub, as needed
- Washing or scrubbing of floors
Price is based upon number of bedrooms -- $75.00 per bedroom for apartments, townhouses and condos and $100.00 per bedroom for houses.
